Here are some photos some of the children have taken. They have been busy looking at things that interest them. These photos will be brilliant to use as writing prompts for our writing. Some of these photos will be judged and hopefully part of the selected photo's to go through to be judged as finalists for the ICT2LRN Media Awards. As part of this project, the children will take what they have learned about photography and take photos of things that interest them. The children who have taken these photos are able to talk about how they took their photo and what type of shots they were. i.e. long shot, close up, zoom in, zoom out, the position of the sun or time of day, angle shots - did they take their photo from up high or down low. Well done tamariki ma!

These are fantastic pictures Room 3! I would like to ask if you are entering the Media Awards with any of these photos? And.... I would like to ask how they stack up against the photo criteria from the Media Awards????
